MENTOR PROGRAM 
The IMDA Mentor Program helps Midas Franchisees share knowledge and ideas, and aids less experienced members in gaining expertise and building a professional network. Mentors are paired with mentees in their geographic region. Mentor and mentee determine the length of the formal relationship. The Mentor Program is limited to IMDA NFO members and dealers with less than two years with the Midas brand. – If you are interested in being a mentor or a mentee, please contact imda@dci-kansascity.com for more information.
LIST SERV
The IMDA Member List Serv provides a one-stop shop for members to exchange information and be more effective in their shops. This discussion group is the place where you can troubleshoot problems and celebrate successes, as well as discuss the newest ideas and issues affecting Midas dealers.
CONVENTION & REGIONAL MEETINGS 
In addition to the strength that IMDA represents, it offers our members the opportunity to network with fellow dealers. Through IMDA’s convention and regional meetings, our members can share ideas, concerns and questions that help everyone’s business. Additionally, the meetings allow members to view new products while meeting pinnacle sponsors via tradeshows and vendor presentations/workshops.
EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Virtual Dealer Workshops are a discounted member benefit developed in the Fall of 2020. In the wake of the pandemic, the IMDA Leadership searched for ways to continue to keep the dealers educated and engaged. With the idea of developing a workshop series, the first of three workshops is being provided in December 2020. Please click here for more information and for updates on future events.
Horizon Training Management Webinar series is now a part of your IMDA membership AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. The IMDA has contracted John Dedels and Horizon Training to make this valuable training available to all member organizations and their employees.
The PPP Forgiveness Webinar Series from Kent Law Firm was introduced as a benefit to all dealers in Spring of 2020. It includes:
  • Webinars on loan forgiveness for members with opportunities for questions
  • Data Room available through January 31, 2021
  • Q/A employer concerns about employees and “what I need to do?”
  • Option for franchisees to retain KFLG directly for assistance on loan forgiveness on a project fee basis that has been reduced for the benefit of BOTDA members to a minimum fee of $2,500 for PPP loans of $500,000 or less and for .5% of the loan amount for loans greater than $500,000.
